Highlights on machine configuration:

1) 37 KW motor and 37 KW VFD for the middle extruder.
2) Coupling with rubber type of element is used to connect the main motor and the gear box.
3) Alloy screws and barrels with good nitrogen treatment.
4) Automatic film cutting and roll change.
5) Top quality XHD T-die (standard) or JC-TIMES T-die (optional).
6) ESD film pinning device is used for pinning the film edges.
7) Metal hoses are used for connecting the water joints and better cooling.
8) Idle guide rollers with hardened surface for stable and fast speed production.
9) MITSUBISHI PLC and 3 pieces of W-shape air shafts.
